Happy Thanksgiving from Pinehurst. What can you say about one of the true Golf Mecca's of the world. Got to play the venerable No. 2 and what an experience it was. You could almost hear all those past champions in the mist.......Even though it was very cold and windy, I was able to grind out an 81. Not too bad for the first taste of Pinhursts incredible greens. Didnt fare quite as well the next day on No. 4, but at least the sun was shining and the temps got back into the low 60's. Saturday on No. 7 started by hitting the range with frost on the ground. The pix above are all from no. 7. As you can see it is a remarkable Carolina Beauty befitting the Pinehurst name for sure. For anyone who wants a great golf vacation, Pinehurst definitely is on the short list!!! You've got Pebble Bch, and then Pinehurst......but bring your A game. Those shots with me in them are from a young up and coming photographer named Tommy....my 11 yr old son. Might be a future for that young man...anyway, you can see how happy I was to finally make a put in the last shot!!! By the way, the house in the first shot is a replica of the Carolina Hotel, which is the primary hotel at Pinehurst.....and its really gingerbread......the whole village was done up in gingerbread right there in the lobby. Oh well, happy Thanksgiving all!!

Semper Fi!! This was a true Marine Corp wedding as the groom is in the Corp already and his bride to be Lisa is about to report for boot camp!! In true Corp style she was welcomed in with a stern Swat on the Stern all in good fun. Again they had a chamber of commerce day for their big celebration. Lisa should write a book on wedding planning as all this was done in under a weeks planning!! WOW!! Turns out she was "stuck" with one of the best dj's in South Florida with Lou himself, the owner of Paragon Entertainment and boy did he live up to the billing!! He kept the aftenoon reception going with lots of interactive events. Why they even did the serenade from Top Gun, as Lisa enjoyed her last swan song by the whole gang!! Betty from Sweet Tiers baked up a sensational cake to top off the evening. As the sun set on the nights celebration, they begin their new life in the Corp together. Jeremy and Lisa, we salute you and thank you for your efforts!!

Justin & Danielle....yep, Mr & Mrs Smith!! What a day they had. Right by the river at Club Med on a gorgeous day and a truly beautiful ceremony. Danielle truly had the Treasure Coasts finest vendors for this one...Starting off with some phenomenal floral arrangements by Brandys Flowers ...(again one of our favorites!!) Just look at that color!! Color was truly the order of the day as evidenced by the spectacular cake by MS Debbie the cake lady (one of our personal favorites!!). Then at the party...DJ Frank and crew for Entertainment Connections premier dj's, (another one of our favorites) had them rocking the house for 2 extra hours!! What a party. Jacque and co at the fabulous Pelican Yacht Club put out the red carpet treatment as usual for a truly spectacular room!! Andy for Flashback productions caught the whole day for them on video too!! Everything was just perfect for Danielle and Justin and we wish them all the happiness in the world. Check out the complete wedding on our website!!

How about a Full moon wedding for Janis & Marc. They braved big winds blowing all day at the beautiful Royal Poinciana Chapel on Palm Beach, then headed for the sanctuary of The Colony Hotel on Palm Beach for a great evening!! They not only had music from CJ & Sarah Disc Jockey Duo, but the had an absolutely astounding singer in from the Windy City. Anyone with his contact info please post it below. All I can say is WOW!! This guy hammered out Frank Sinatra so well, that when he was warming up I though it was just CJ playing a cd!!! His first set was close to 90 minutes of great tunes from all the all time greats. His rendition of I Walk the Line put the movie version to shame.....Johnny would have been proud. Mike Plante from Elegant Video Productions captured all the action on video as well. Congrats again to all the family!! Check out the entire wedding on our website!!
